Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard -Concierge in Calgary, Alberta. 

Job Title: Security Guard -Concierge

Job Location: Calgary , Alberta

Job Type : Casual 

Payrate: $ 19 per hour

Schedule: 0700 -1900

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Concierge to oversee our residential site in Calgary .  The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have  experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Must have Residential Security experience
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Must have a valid Alberta Security License.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Ability to work alone for up to 12 hours.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Physically capable of climbing stairs, opening, and closing gates, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
  • Experience with access control systems, alarm monitoring, and CCTV. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
  • Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
  • Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
  • Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
