Title:Security Guard, Floater with 40 hour availability

Location: Cobourg, ON

Payrate: Starting at $17.20/hour

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking experiencedSecurity Guardsfor our security operationsin Cobourg, ON .The ideal candidate isa seasoned guardwith excellent communication skills, willing to work rotational shifts,and able to work withina dynamic security team. If you have experience as aSecurity Guard, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in security.
• Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
• Must have a validOntarioSecurity License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to40hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Must be at least18years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with staff, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
