Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Cobourg, ON.

• Title: Patient Watch Guards

  Location: Cobourg, ON

  Payrate:

  • $16.55/HR during training.
  • $21.00/HR once trained.

  Schedule:

  • Continental Rotation
  • Must be flexible to work either days or nights
  • 07:00-19:00/19:00-07:00

  Overview:

  Allied Universal is seeking experienced Patient Watch Security Guards at our Canadian sites. The ideal candidate is a seasoned patient watch guard with excellent communication skills, willing to work rotational shifts, and able to work within a dynamic security team. If you have experience as a patient watch guard, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

  Requirement:

  • 1 year experience in a patient watch role in security.
  • Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada for up to 40 hours a week.
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

  Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to go hands on if required, ensuring effective patrolling and site security.
  • Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
