Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a candidate who possesses strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities,
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mobile patrol security professionals, including scheduling, training, and performance management; provide leadership and guidance, coaching, mentoring, and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Implement crisis management protocols, including evacuation procedures, communication strategies, and resource allocation, to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets; serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with security services
- Monitor patrol routes and schedules to optimize coverage and response times, adjusting as needed to address emerging threats or vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with clients, property managers, and law enforcement agencies as needed to address security concerns and incidents
- Maintain accurate records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations, and prepare detailed reports for management and clients
- Ensure that patrol vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition, reporting any issues or deficiencies for prompt resolution
- Stay informed about security trends, threats, and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancements to patrol procedures and protocols
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the mobile patrol unit, promoting teamwork, morale, and a strong commitment to safety and security
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid G drivers’ license
- 25+ years older ( for insurance purpose)
- Valid provincial Security Guard License
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in security operations
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize activities through time management skills
- Skilled in de-escalation techniques
- CLEAN DRIVER ABSTRACT
- Proficiency in security procedures, protocols, and emergency response techniques
