Allied Universal is looking for a Security Site Supervisor - Industrial  at one of our industrial sites located on the outskirts of Fort Saskatchewan

Job Title: Security Site Supervisor - Industrial

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Starting pay is $29.23/hour.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00 - 1800

Position Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking a professional and motivated Security Site Supervisor - Industrial to lead operations at an industrial site located on the outskirts of Fort Saskatchewan. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced security professional who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and client service.

Special Requirements:

• Due to the safety requirements - must clear drug testing
• Due to PPE equiment, must maintian no facial hair (beards and mustache)
• Clean criminal record 

Key Responsibilities:

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding the performance of their duties.
• Cross-training officers to make them more versatile and run site efficiently.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under their direct supervision.
• Oversee on-site training for security officer assigned to his/her shift.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift.
• Complete day to day operations such as: mobile patrols, foot patrols, and audits.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Alberta Class 5 (Non-GDL) Driver’s License, clean driver's abstract
• Alberta Security License
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Must have atleast 1 year of proven supervisory experience

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with security systems and technologies is beneficial.
• Problemp-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in microsoft office (excel, word and powerpoint)
