Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Canada.

POSITION: Security Guard - General Motors CAMI (Truck Gate)
LOCATION: Ingersoll, ON
PAY: $ 22.46 per hour
SHIFT: Full Time - Rotating Days, Afternoons, Nights, Weekdays; Some weekends may be required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be able to read, write and speak in English and possess reading, writing and comprehension skills sufficient to compose clearly and concise written reports and read and understand rules, regulations, policies and similar instructions 
• Minimum G2 License required, G License an asset
• Clean Driver's Abstract required
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up-to 40 hours per week
• Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License and a First Aid/CPR certification (or CAMI equivalent).
• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Reports directly to the Security Shift Supervisor
• Directing traffic to their appropriate drop-off/pick-up area
• Entering incoming deliveries into Global Supply Chain programs
• Assist in emergency incidents by directing outside emergency services
• Secure international freight using high security seal process
• Access control for all drivers on site 
• Check government issued identification
• Record vehicle and driver information
• Full inspection of vehicles and trailers
• Perform other duties as required by the site
