Allied Universal is seeking Concierge – Residential Site in Markham, ON

Position: Concierge – Residential

Location: Markham, ON

Payrate: $18.00 per hour

Status: Full-time 

Shift: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday; Swing/Rotational
Thursday: 2300 hrs – 0700 hrs, Friday: 2300 hrs – 1100 hrs,
Sunday: 1100 hrs – 2300 hrs, Monday: 1500 hrs – 2300 hrs

Overview

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Concierge – Residential to oversee one of our residential sites in Markham, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work various shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
