Allied Universal is seeking Mobile Security Supervisor in Mississauga, Ontario.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shifts:0070 -1900 Continental
Requirements: 5-year Residency in Canada to obtain clearance
G License, Clean Driver's Abstract and 25 years age or above for insurance purposes.
Overview :
The Mobile Security Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a mobile security unit, encompassing leadership, coordination, client interaction, incident response, training, equipment maintenance, and compliance. The Mobile Security Supervisor will maintain a proactive approach in ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and premises under their supervision. The Supervisor will respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with appropriate authorities and stakeholders as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Security Operations: Oversee daily mobile security operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
- Site Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols from site to site to monitor security conditions, identify potential threats, and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report incidents accurately, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference and analysis.
Threat Assessment: Evaluate situations to determine the level of risk and recommend appropriate responses.
Professional Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication through email correspondence with team members and other stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security across all operations.
Emergency Response: Act swiftly in emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of incidents, inspections, and other relevant documentation for compliance and review.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 1-2 years of experience working in mobile security
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be at least 25 years old or above for insurance purposes
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- Must be able to obtain site specific security clearance
- First Aid and CPR
