Service Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 annually
Bonus Eligibility: Yes

Position Overview
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing security operations across the GTA branch. This role ensures the safety and protection of clients, personnel, and assets while maintaining high service standards. The Service Manager will supervise a team of security professionals, implement operational strategies, and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
  • Oversee day-to-day security operations across assigned client sites.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans and protocols.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and evolving security needs.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed security reports and performance updates.
3. Financial Oversight
  • Support branch budgeting processes and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor expenses related to security services and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at achieving financial and operational targets.
4. Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GTA region.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and secure new contracts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
5. Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all security operations and activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to regional leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in security management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security management systems.
  • Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment
  • Combination of office-based work and on-site client visits.
  • Main office located in Mississauga
  • Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular business hours as required.
