Title: Security Mobile Supervisor

Location: North York, ON

Payrate: $17.50 per hour.

Schedule: full time night shift from 8pm to 8am; any days Monday to Sunday 

Mobile Supervisor, the role will be responsible for:

• Completing regular patrols of designated areas, within the Region of Peel, to deter unauthorized activity, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with security procedures. 
• Provide leadership and guidance to mobile patrol security professionals, including coaching, mentoring, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Monitor patrol routes and schedules to optimize coverage and response times.
• Coordinate with clients, property managers, and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns and incidents.
• Maintained accurate records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the mobile patrol unit, promoting teamwork, morale, and a solid commitment to safety and security.

Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:

• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Valid G driver's license
• Ontario Security Guard License 
• Must be 25+ years of age due to company insurance requirements on vehicles.  
• Able to provide a clean driver's abstract

Specific Experience Required:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in security operations
• 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must be eligible to work a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Physical Position Requirements:

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of prolonged standing and walking. 
• Position requires night driving, must be able to drive at night.
• Works in both indoor and outdoor environments.  Exposure to all climate conditions, including cold and heat.
