Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Ottawa Ontario  Canada.

Title: Security Professionals

Location:Cornwall  Ontario

Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $18.80

Shift Time: 16h00-00h00,  00h00-08:00

Shift: Monday,Tuesday,wednesday,Thuesday & Friday

Overview:

Allied Universal, a global leader in security services, is currently seeking a highly skilled Security Professional to oversee security operations across the Ottawa area. This position requires a dedicated security professional with a strong commitment to safety, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain a calm, effective response in high-pressure situations. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, flexible, and ready to take on the responsibility of ensuring the security of our client

site.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• Licensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Able to:
  • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 kilograms
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
  • Warehouse experience as a security guard
  • Valid First aid certificate

Physical Requirements:

• Remain on your feet or walk continuously (potentially for an entire shift) on different surfaces.
• Occasionally ascend stairs, ramps, or ladders throughout the shift.
• Periodically bend or twist at the waist, knees, or neck to complete various tasks.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Work in various conditions, including outdoor environments with extreme weather such as cold, snow, rain, or heat.
• Running may be required.
