Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Supervisor  in Ottawa Canada.

Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Ottawa

Payrate: $27-$30

Schedule:Monday to Friday

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking experienced site  supervisor to oversee security operations at our Canadian sites. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with excellent communication skills, willing to work long hours, and able to manage a dynamic security team. If you have experience as a supervisor or team lead, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirement:

· 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in security.

· Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

· Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.

· Must have a valid Ontario Security License.

· Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.

· First Aid and CPR

· Must be at least 18 years or Older

· High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

· Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of security personnel, ensuring effective patrolling and site security.

· Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.

· Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

· Coordinating with other team leads to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.

· Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.

· Manage and oversee shift scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for day and night shifts.
