- Experience in Concierge Security experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- Valid Driver's Licence is an asset
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
