Position: Security Site Supervisor
Location: Toronto
Payrate: $19.00- $21.00/hr
Shift: Days
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Overview:
Allied Universal is currently searching for a Security Site Supervisor. The Security Site Supervisor will embrace our company’s core values. The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services. The Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customer, Operation Manager and security officers. Supervise site staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Enforce Contract Standards
- Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
- Enforces Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks
Requirements:
- 2-3 Year experience in Residential Security industry preferred.
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
