Position: Valet

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Yorkville area)

Payrate: $23.97 per hour

Status: Full-time 

Shift: Swing/Rotational Shifts - Days, Evenings. Rotational Swing Shifts (Mon,Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat & Sun )

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Valet to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto. The ideal candidate is an individual with atleast 1 year of high end experience, excellent communication skills, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have the required experience and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Experience as a valet.
• Excellent customer service and written & oral communication is a must.
• Candidates must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate is a must.
• Valid Full class Driver's Licence is mandatory with a clean drivers abstract.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
