Job Title: Guest Service Representative Lead – Shopping Center
Location: Downtown Victoria, BC
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday 0930 - 1530
Pay Rate: $23.50
Position Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Guest Service Representative Lead – Shopping Center oversee daily guest services operations at a busy shopping center in downtown Victoria, BC. This high-visibility leadership role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
As the Guest Services Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and retailers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while leading and supporting the Guest Services team
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily guest services operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience
Supervise, train, coach, and schedule Guest Services Representatives
Serve as the primary escalation point for guest and retailer concerns
Build strong relationships with mall retailers and tenants
Support mall events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
Oversee the mall gift card program, including inventory, reconciliation, and reporting
Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS systems, and reporting
Ensure service standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a busy environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, internet tools, and social media
Experience in a mall, retail center, or other public-facing facility (preferred)
Skills and Competencies:
