Title:              Full Time Security Guard

Shift:             Day

Payrate:        $16.65 per hour

Schedule:     Mon. Tue, Wed, & Thu

Special Note: This is a Standing vacancy - Must be physically capable of standing for long periods and have previous experience in de-escalation 

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking a professional Full Time Security Guard in Winnipeg, MBAs a security guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing security protocols, and responding to emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective patrolling and site safety.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.

• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirement:

• Must be atleast 19 years old.
• Must have a valid Manitoba Security License
• First Aid and CPR
• Access to a reliable vehicle to commute 
• Is eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
