Title:        Full Time Security Guard 

Location:  Winnipeg, MB

Payrate:   $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday : 0830-1730

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security guards to oversee security operations in Winnipeg, MB The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective patrolling and site safety.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.

• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Provide detailed reports, while using a computer, of daily activities, observations, and any security incidents.

Requirement:

• Must have a valid MB Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• Must have excellent oral and written english language proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
